I have to give Bud credit for being good for the vet. Got all his shots and had his sheath cleaned and never moved a step. Black flies are horrible. Brought my camera to the barn to take pics of shots but of course i forgot... oh well.

ok, its now May 3rd, where has the time gone??? Not much new is going on. I am still looking for a good trail horse, found a place in Vermont that has some nice looking ones and they are supposed to be real good on trails--go thru anything, etc... waiting to hear back from them thru email first before I drive for 4 hours to go look.
The black flies are horrible, had to cover Buds chest with SWAT yesterday they were eating him up! Now this morning i notice a bump around his front leg , i think it is from the bugs... bad things!
Today is my Friday! Yay! next two days off. Vet coming tomorrow for vaccinations for Bud, thankfully he is very good for that.

Got my bike out, first time i think in 2 years, still goes good. Hopefully it will get some use this summer unless i find a good riding,trail,horse

Just another rainy day in Maine, Monday thru Thursday was beautiful weather and of course i was working, now that i am off for 4 days what does it do??? Oh well, got my haircut yesterday and went out to lunch with a friend today, came home and cleaned the water tub out side, now Bud has good clean water. Think it will be a good night to stay in and hibernate.

I went out to breakfast with Nicole and Noah, daughter and grandson of my friend that passed away last May. He is adorable!

Its that time of year again for shedding, this is all from Bud in one grooming session!
